Which airport are you flying into?

If your ticket is with an airline, you are landing at Sacramento International, north-west of downtown off I-5. Sacramento Executive on Freeport Boulevard and Sacramento Mather in Rancho Cordova serve private jets, charters and cargo, and have no airline terminals. Charter brokers sometimes list Executive or Mather as alternatives to SMF, so confirm the airport code before you book ground transportation.

For executives heading east toward Folsom or the US-50 corridor, Mather is often the closer field. For Land Park, downtown and Midtown, Executive is minutes away. Everything else, including every airline flight, goes through SMF.

Vehicles for airport runs

The executive sedan carries up to three passengers and three bags; the Cadillac Escalade seats six with six bags; the Mercedes-Benz S-Class is for executives and VIP guests; and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen. If you want the car to wait while you make a stop on the way, hourly service starts at $120 per hour for a sedan with a three-hour minimum.
