Start with the headcount and the luggage, then the occasion. One to three people with normal bags ride comfortably in the E-Class, which is also the most economical choice for airport runs. Four to six people, or anyone with golf clubs, strollers or a week of luggage, should book the Escalade. The S-Class is for moments when the car is part of the impression, such as meeting a client at SMF or carrying a wedding couple. Groups of seven or more travel together in the Sprinter rather than splitting across several cars.

Rides are performed by vetted local affiliate operators using insured, clean vehicles, and chauffeurs who know Sacramento traffic and pickup points. Drivers sign confidentiality agreements for executive and legislative clients. Child and booster seats are available on request.
The executive sedan takes up to three passengers and three bags. If anyone has oversized luggage or golf clubs, move up to the Cadillac Escalade, which seats six with six bags.
The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is $230 per hour with a three-hour minimum, so the smallest booking is $690. Point-to-point S-Class trips are quoted per trip in writing.
