Sports and entertainment transportation is private car service to games, concerts, and special events in Sacramento. Our dispatch team, a New York-based operator, coordinates these rides through vetted local affiliate chauffeurs. We handle pre-event dinners, venue drop-offs, and post-event pickups. Service covers Golden 1 Center, Sutter Health Park, Cal Expo, and local theaters. Golden 1 Center opened in September 2016 at 500 David J Stern Walk.

Who Uses Sports and Entertainment Transportation in Sacramento

Kings season ticket holders, concertgoers, River Cats fans, and corporate hospitality groups use this service. Groups attending concerts at Golden 1 Center book sedans and sprinters for dinner and the show. Companies entertain clients at Sacramento Kings games from October through April. Families attend the California State Fair at Cal Expo each July. Theater audiences visit the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center and the B Street Theatre. Sutter Health Park sits across the Tower Bridge in West Sacramento and is home to the River Cats. Wedding parties also add hourly charter for photos around the Capitol and Old Sacramento.

Pricing and How It Works

Hourly sedan service starts at $130 with a three-hour minimum. SUVs start at $150 per hour. Sprinter vans for groups start at $240 per hour. A point-to-point ride from SMF to Golden 1 Center starts at a written flat rate. Downtown Sacramento to Sutter Health Park starts around a written flat rate. Custom event packages are available for full evenings. Rates include vehicle, driver, and fuel. Tolls and parking are extra.

What to Expect on Your Ride

Your driver picks you up at home, hotel, or restaurant before the event. We plan the route around known road closures and event traffic. After the event, the driver meets you at a prearranged pickup point. For large concerts, we select locations away from the immediate crowd. The driver stays in contact by phone or text. You can book a single leg or a full evening package.

Honest Limitations

Post-event street closures around Golden 1 Center can delay curbside access. We cannot park or wait directly outside arena entrances. Customers must walk to the designated pickup zone. Game and concert demand can limit last-minute availability.

How game and concert nights work

The drop-off is easy; the pickup is where planning matters. Before the event we agree on a meeting point a short walk from the venue, away from the street closures around Golden 1 Center or the crowds leaving Sutter Health Park across the Tower Bridge. Your chauffeur texts when the car is in position, so you walk out, find the car and leave while the garages are still emptying.

For a full night, hourly service keeps the car with you from dinner through the final whistle: $120 per hour in a sedan, $150 in an SUV, or $240 in a Sprinter for a group of up to fourteen, each with a three-hour minimum. For a simple ride there and back, book two point-to-point trips starting at $130 for a sedan.

Hosting clients at an event

Companies that entertain clients at games and concerts often book an SUV or S-Class for the guests and a second car for their own team. We keep both on the same itinerary so the hand-offs line up, and we can drop guests back at downtown hotels or at SMF for a late flight.

  • Pickup points agreed before tipoff or doors
  • Chauffeur texts when the car is in position
  • Hourly nights or single point-to-point legs
  • Sprinters for groups heading to the same seats
