Chauffeur Service Sacramento

What we do

Services

Executive transportation for Sacramento businesses and visitors. Ten ways to ride, one booking process: a written fare or hourly block, vetted local chauffeurs and a dispatcher available 24 hours a day.

Getting from A to B

Single rides at a fare confirmed in writing before you book.

Keeping a car with you

Hourly blocks with a three-hour minimum, one chauffeur throughout.

Occasions and events

Timelines, manifests and pickup points planned before the day.

How every booking works

Whatever the service, the process is the same. You send the pickup, destination or itinerary, date, time, passenger count and luggage, either through the online reservation form or by phone. Dispatch confirms the vehicle and the fare in writing before the booking is final. Before pickup you receive the chauffeur and vehicle details, and on the day your chauffeur is in position ahead of the requested time.

Rides are performed by vetted local affiliate operators who know Sacramento traffic, loading zones at the Capitol and pickup patterns at SMF and Golden 1 Center. Dispatch sets the standards, manages the reservation and answers the phone if anything changes.

Hourly or point-to-point?

Point-to-point service is the better value for a single, direct ride: home to SMF, hotel to the convention center, Sacramento to San Francisco. Hourly service is better when the car should wait, when there are several stops, or when the day has no fixed end, such as a roadshow, a hospital visit or a wedding. If you are unsure, send the plan and dispatch will tell you which is cheaper.

  • Point-to-point from $130 in a sedan and $160 in an SUV
  • Hourly from $120 in a sedan and $150 in an SUV, three-hour minimum
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class at $230 per hour, Sprinter at $240 per hour
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

Frequently Asked Questions

Which service should I book for a single ride?

Book point-to-point service. Sedan fares start at $130 and SUV fares at $160, and the fare for your trip is confirmed in writing before you book.

When is hourly service better?

When the car should wait between stops or the finish time is uncertain. Hourly service is $120 per hour for a sedan and $150 for an SUV with a three-hour minimum.

Yes. A company account can book airport transfers, hourly days, Sprinters for groups and event transportation, with itemized receipts and monthly billing on approved accounts.

Do all services include flight tracking?

Every airport pickup includes flight tracking. For other services, send train numbers or event end times and dispatch will plan around them.

Flying in or out of Sacramento?

Flight-tracked pickups at all three area airports, with your chauffeur’s details sent before you land.
