One pickup, one destination, one price

Point-to-point service is the simplest way to ride with us: a chauffeured car from one address to another at a fare confirmed in writing before you book. It suits hotel-to-office runs, dinner reservations, rides to the Sacramento Valley Station, trips between Sacramento and Roseville, Folsom, Davis or Elk Grove, and longer transfers to the Bay Area or Napa Valley. The chauffeur drops you off and the booking ends; if you need the car to wait, hourly service is the better fit.

How fares work

Point-to-point fares are set by distance, vehicle and time of day, and they never start below $130 for a sedan or $160 for an SUV. The fare you approve is the fare for that trip, so a slow afternoon on US-50 or I-80 does not change the price. Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Sprinter trips are quoted the same way, in writing. Extra stops, a change of destination or significant waiting can change the fare, so tell dispatch as early as you can.

  • Sedan: from $130, up to three passengers
  • Cadillac Escalade SUV: from $160, up to six passengers
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Sprinter: quoted per trip
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

Common Sacramento trips

Airport transfers are the most common point-to-point booking, and each has its own route page with typical drive times: Downtown, Natomas, West Sacramento, Arden-Arcade, Davis, Elk Grove, Roseville and Folsom to SMF. Beyond the airports, clients book rides between the downtown hotels and the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, from Midtown to Golden 1 Center, from East Sacramento to UC Davis Medical Center on Stockton Boulevard, and from Roseville offices to meetings on Capitol Mall.

For longer trips, Sacramento to San Francisco usually runs along I-80 across the Yolo Causeway and through Vallejo to the Bay Bridge, and Sacramento to Napa Valley follows I-80 to Highway 12. Both have their own pages with timing notes.

Booking a point-to-point ride

Use the reservation form with the pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage. For train or flight connections, add the train or flight number so the chauffeur can adjust. You receive the chauffeur and vehicle details before pickup, and your chauffeur is on site before the requested time. Corporate accounts can book point-to-point rides the same way and receive itemized receipts.

Point-to-point or hourly?

If you are going straight from A to B, point-to-point is almost always the better value. If the day has several stops, an uncertain finish or a return trip a couple of hours later, compare the fares with hourly service at $120 per hour for a sedan or $150 for an SUV, three-hour minimum. Dispatch will tell you which is cheaper for your plan.

An honest limitation

This is not an on-demand street service. Rides are reserved in advance, and short-notice requests depend on which affiliate chauffeurs are nearby at the time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum point-to-point fare?

Point-to-point sedan rides start at $130 and SUV rides at $160. Your exact fare depends on the addresses and is confirmed in writing before you book.

Does traffic change my fare?

No. The fare is set when you book. Only changes to the trip, such as extra stops or a new destination, can change it.

Can I book a one-way ride to San Francisco?

Yes. Longer trips are quoted per trip in writing; the Sacramento to San Francisco route page has timing notes.

Should I choose point-to-point or hourly?

Point-to-point is best for a single direct ride. For several stops or a car that waits, hourly service at $120 per hour for a sedan with a three-hour minimum is usually better.
