How a quote is built
Point-to-point fares depend on the distance, the vehicle class and the time of day. Hourly bookings are simply the hourly rate multiplied by the reserved time, with a three-hour minimum. Either way, the quote arrives in writing before you confirm, and it is the number that is charged unless you change the trip.
Changes that can move the price are the obvious ones: an added stop, a new destination, a larger vehicle, or an hourly booking that runs past its reserved block, which is billed in 30-minute increments. If you think a day might run long, reserving an extra hour up front is usually cheaper than extending on the day.
Choosing between hourly and point-to-point
For a single ride, point-to-point is almost always the better value. For roadshows, weddings, hospital visits, dinner and a show, or any day with several stops, hourly service keeps the car and chauffeur with you and avoids rebooking each leg. Send your plan and dispatch will price both options if you are unsure.
