The form takes a few minutes. Having these details to hand means dispatch can confirm the right vehicle and a firm fare without calling you back:
- Pickup address, or airline and flight number for airport arrivals
- Destination, or the list of stops for hourly service
- Date and pickup time
- Passenger count and number of bags
- Vehicle preference: sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter
- Special requests such as child seats or meet-and-greet inside the terminal
What happens after you book
Dispatch reviews the request and confirms the vehicle and the fare in writing. Before pickup you receive the chauffeur’s name and the vehicle details. For airport arrivals the flight is tracked, and the pickup time follows the actual landing, not the schedule. On the day, your chauffeur is in position before the requested time.
